Krauss appears to suffer from a delusional disorder.
Please note that Krauss does not seem to know the difference between theoretical physics (science fiction) and the subject of Metaphysics. Krauss comes across just like any ordinary schoolyard bully would. He's not a very thoughtful man, or at least he presents himself as the classic "Neanderthal". Krauss is a deeply religious man and his faith is Scientism. None of his parroting and echoing of Science Catechism is anything but nonsense and theoretical fantasy, but that doesn't prevent the rude intellectual bully, Krauss from opening his mouth to spew more faith based garbage. People like Krauss are proud to parade their ignorance.
Atheism Is A Religion: Lawrence Krauss is a "Prophet" Who Profits By Selling Faith In Nihilism
Religions are designed to screen any real experience of the divine from the human mind. Religious institutions are governments without guns. Governments are armed religions. Both require blind adherence to some kind of set of commandments or laws. Science has so-called "Laws" too. These laws must be followed with blind adherence despite the obvious contradictory and fallacious nature of most of them. Modern science is a modern faith and is not real science at all. Modern cosmology is simply bad Metaphysics. Moral relativism is as obviously nonsensical as Einstein's work. There is demonstrable logic to the golden rule that a child can recognize.
This Man Acts Like A Rude Imbecile & Gets Paid For It
Debating is an art form and is theater. Debates are games and are not about getting to the truth. Debates are about who can better sell their idea whether the idea is valid or not. Debates are not very useful for education but make for great propaganda plays. Of course most of us have been conditioned to think debates have more meaning than they do.

Lawrence Krauss is not a smart man at all. It really is that simple.
All religious people do is talk about things that are not real. Krauss makes a living discussing ideas that not only have no basis in demonstrable reality, but that are highly illogically premised and contradictory in the first place. Krauss and people like him, IE religious folk, have very narrow and limited views of reality that simply shut out any other possibility or explanation. All reality is filtered though what is nothing but a brainwashed mind. In this manner the human imagination is restricted to a set of false choices. Blindly following religions and breathlessly reciting catechisms are not signs of spiritual or scientific knowledge, they are signs of mental slavery to systems of thought.
Modern Cosmology Is Insanity & Mass Delusion
Illogical mathematical models are used as evidence instead of demonstrable reality.
Lawrence Krauss is either a paid liar or he is suffering from a very real form of insanity.
Signs and Symptoms:
"The following can indicate a delusion:
- The patient expresses an idea or belief with unusual persistence or force.
- That idea appears to have an undue influence on the patient's life, and the way of life is often altered to an inexplicable extent.
- Despite his/her profound conviction, there is often a quality of secretiveness or suspicion when the patient is questioned about it.
- The individual tends to be humorless and oversensitive, especially about the belief.
- There is a quality of centrality: no matter how unlikely it is that these strange things are happening to him, the patient accepts them relatively unquestioningly.
- An attempt to contradict the belief is likely to arouse an inappropriately strong emotional reaction, often with irritability and hostility.
- The belief is, at the least, unlikely, and out of keeping with the patient's social, cultural and religious background.
- The patient is emotionally over-invested in the idea and it overwhelms other elements of their psyche.
- The delusion, if acted out, often leads to behaviors which are abnormal and/or out of character, although perhaps understandable in the light of the delusional beliefs.
- Individuals who know the patient observe that the belief and behavior are uncharacteristic and alien."
What If There Was Never a Moment of Creation?
Maybe existence just "is".
The Big Bang Theory Is A Creation Myth Just Like Genesis
A catholic priest dreamt up the Big Bang. I'm taking a wild guess but wouldn't that kind of mean that the Big Bang could be thought to be God's big cosmic experiment? Time and space are ideas despite educational hype otherwise. For all we know we simply exist along with the world we inhabit. As silly as that might sound, these are not questions for the subject of science. These are Metaphysical questions that cannot be so easily answered or dismissed. A "beginning" to existence might just be a meaningless idea. There cannot be a beginning to existence, logically speaking. Nor can there be an end. The reality of the cosmological order might be drastically different from the physical world we are used to interacting with and modeling. Fundamental reality might be something that is forever beyond our senses and intellect to truly understand. The use of the term God or Divine is not without merit. People like Lawrence Krauss would have us ignore our very real instinctual need to wonder about the obviously transcendent (divine) source of all existence. Krauss would limit our sense of wonder to his set of ideas about what makes sense and what does not. Human words and ideas cannot do justice to the ultimate source of all. The word "God" and even the idea it expresses are not the true source of all, that would seem to be something forever beyond our ability to comprehend.
Krauss The "Beast"
What's really funny is that NASA and the space programs of the world are nothing more than photographic cartoon special effects work, the stuff of Hollywood dream and fantasy and so is the heliocentric theory that has been patched for centuries. The current contradictory patchwork of nonsense sold as science is poorly contrived Metaphysics. Modern cosmology is insane fantasy and nothing more. The fact is there is no experiment that can be conducted to prove the Earth moves around the Sun. Every real experiment, and all demonstrable evidence indicates the Earth is a motionless globe. Yet people like Krauss insist on continuing to promote obvious religious canards as demonstrable truth. Krauss like any other religious zealot, can only recite the catechisms he had been taught in school. He can't actually demonstrate any of his insane claims.

Those 7 Times Lawrence Krauss Went Beast Mode
A real educational system would teach students how to think, not what to think.
People like Krauss instinctively fear other ideas. They do not want multiple "theories" taught. They do not want people to learn how to do what people like Krauss seem incapable of, independent critical thinking. The educational system is not designed to produce critical thinkers. It is designed to produce zombie-like parroting consumers.
False choices and childish debates are not the means to educate the mind. This is nothing but cacophony.
How do we know "Evolution happened whether you believe it or not?"
Krauss claims things he cannot prove or demonstrate. The circular reasoned support for Darwin's ideas is not proof of anything. This is not to say there is nothing to the idea of Natural selection. This is about Krauss insisting on claiming his religion is the only one that can possibly be true, after all "We know it is". This man is used to being treated like a rock and roll idol by his adoring fans. These people love science so much they do not really bother learning any of it for themselves. They simply hang on every word that plops out of the mouths of their guru shepherds. Modern scientism priests rely on the same unquestioned appeal to authority that governments and religions rely upon.

7 Times Lawrence Krauss Made Our Brains Hurt
My Brain Doesn't Hurt At All. Does Yours?
Astronomy is nothing but mysticism and always was.
"Astronomy", the superstitious study of the stars was the original word. "Astrology" is the later term. As it turns out, modern Astronomy is just as much a superstitiously reasoned set of ideas as horoscopes are. All the mythical galaxies and other legendary stellar phenomena are actually nothing more than hot ionized gas and natural background radio noise. Krauss seems to think he is some kind of authority we all should pay attention to. I think he sounds like an empty headed blowhard. He comes across like a petty stupid man who clings to insane ideas like a survivor of a ship wreck would cling to the broken mast of the ship. The university trained mind tends to be an insanely egotistical one.
Particle physics is particularly nonsensical as all anyone can really do is look at a bunch of radio noise and make stuff up like they were participating in some kind of rorschach test. Too much of modern physics is a literal house of cards built on a land mine. Like with government and religion, when it comes to science we are not supposed to question underlying assumptions. This is illogical of course as such questioning can only lead to true understanding, but that's modern university trained reasoning for you.
Insanity backed by illogically premised mathematical formula is not science. It is religion.
