A Proper Gander At Propaganda

Truth Transcends Community

"Then a mighty strange thing happened.  Guess you could call it fate. You see, a gust of wind blew the picture frame down and it landed on the muckety-muck's head And the mice they all went crazy. For the first time they saw the lie.

It was all a hoax on just simple folks. And the muckety-muck must die. And die he did. The members of his staff they just fled. They were scared. Hah. Just not prepared." - Song: The Proper Gander. Songwriter: Bobby Darin

"Propaganda in the United States is spread by both government and media entities. Propaganda is information, ideas, or rumors deliberately spread widely to influence opinions. It's used in advertising, radio, newspaper, posters, books, television, and other media."  -  Propaganda in the United States - Wikipedia

Religious Psychosis: Government, Religion & Science Are As One

Please Keep In Mind Modern "Science" Is A Religion

What most people think of as modern science is a religion. Government is a faith based system, or religion too, complete with ritual, myths and demigods. Government is religion with guns. The University educated mind is the product of a very real program of religious indoctrination. Underlying assumptions are not to be questioned. The gods of science passed "laws" that cannot be questioned and the "Founding Fathers" work is engraved in govern-mental stone.

The university educated mind is conditioned by a grading system. This system tends to produce parroting minds that echo what they are programmed to rather than critical thinkers and self actualized and self confident human beings. Students are conditioned with what to think. Students are not taught how to think. In fact most education is done on a  social conditioning level at the mass consumer scale and does not take place in the classroom at all. Mass psychological tools and the use of celebrity idol shepherds, are the means by which human behavior is crafted and controlled.

A Socially Ordered Disorder

Peer review means everybody is jumping off the bridge so you should too. Lemming like behavior has long been the primary tool of enforcing social order. Peer review and peer pressure share much in common. We are not supposed to question underlying assumptions; yet such questioning can only lead to knowledge not ignorance. An auto mechanic who can't take an engine apart and put it back together again is somewhat useless, no?

Nobel prizes given to propagandists prove nothing. Such institutions exist to reinforce the social order in a circularly reasoned fallacious manner. Such institutional recognition creates icons meant to be emulated and followed. Such idols act as intellectual lords and the final arbitrators of reason and the imagination for the shepherded flock.

Students are taught catechisms more often than not.

Scientism is A Religion: Science Is Not A Magical Being That Can Solve All Problems

The current religion of scientism invokes the higher invisible authority of mythic figures like Einstein and Sir Isaac Newton, two men who were little more than mathematically inclined mystics. Scientism makes appeals to the higher authority of a guy in a wheel chair who can't speak for himself and other apparent live action cartoon characters sold to the public as legitimate "science guys".

Scientism makes the empty and illogical appeal to the authority of the "Big Bang", a concept dreamt up by a Jesuit priest.

Quantum fantasies with no basis in reality are sold as fact. That is another sign that "science" is a religion.

"Science" itself seems to be worshipped and invoked in the exact same manner religious folk invoke God.

The modern religion of scientism makes use of illogically premised peer (priest) reviewed mathematical formula that act a lot more like religious magical spells and binding mantras than any real kind of demonstrable science. Natural principle is ignored over so-called "discovered Laws", which can only be represented by illogically applied mathematical models that amount to mathematical gibberish. An equal sign is not some kind of magical symbol and equations need to be logically founded. Sir Isaac Newton and Einstein never did real experiments to prove their spaced out fantasies. They did "thought experiments". Darwin's ideas are interesting and natural selection has an obvious demonstrable reality, but the problem is Darwin could point to no actual evidence to prove his ideas. He could only point to the fact that we can breed for traits. We can breed beagles and german shepherds. What we can't do is make a dog turn into a cat. We can't breed a beagle into a beer or even a bear. All we can do is breed for secondary characteristics like skin color, hair type and so on. The circularly reasoned time scale as evidence for the theory of evolution is obviously illogical. Again, we aren't supposed to look into the underlying assumptions for any of the claims of so-called "settled science". We are supposed to repeat the catechisms in order to continuously reinforce our religious beliefs or faith.

We are not supposed to look into the details of the experiments that claim to support the work of people like Einstein. We are not encouraged to even read the original work itself. We are simply supposed to parrot back the catechism the media scientists and the university system teaches us, despite any obvious absurdity.

Too much of mainstream science really is nothing more than religious faith. When you actually examine the claims and the supporting details, you begin to realize that these people are not talking about demonstrable natural phenomena, they are discussing the imagined model and nothing more. In this manner unquestioning minds continue to work on building the proverbial Tower of Babel that grows further and further removed from reality. It's really a good idea to question all underlying assumptions. Anything less is simply a relgious adherence to a system of thought.

Learn To Admit When You Are Wrong & Do Not Be Afraid of Failure: It's ok to make mistakes. We all do.

By the way, the brain never stops developing and we never really stop learning. If we take more control over our own minds and imaginations we can program ourselves rather than letting our environment and social conditions do it for us. The human being works a certain way and that involves very real physical and chemical phenomena. Neuroscience and behavioral sciences have firmer and demonstrable foundation. It's very important to never stop learning and to never stop questioning all underlying assumption as much as humanly possible.
