Please excuse the stray typo.
I used to language police myself and others until I realized I was a hypocrite and that realization was a result of listening to Chris Kendall's Hoax Busters Call. Words can't hurt us, of course, but the media noise machine seems to claim otherwise and as I fell into all of this from the political left some of Chris' language hurt my poor little east coast trained ears. I was once a true (lefty) governmental believer, it took some time for me to come out of that cultish religion. Once I stopped allowing that to filter ideas out, I could hear what the man was saying and when I looked at all the work I had done here pointing out that we were artificial intelligences, how our world was the work of artists and unnatural, I realized how wrong I was in terms of my own obvious (cliche) prejudices.I realized too that I was not being tolerant of other people's ideas and that in doing so I was missing out on ideas and concepts that I would personally find important. Mr. Kendall is right about a great number of things. Please keep in mind this website is independent of his and for all I know he thinks me a "cyber stalker" of some kind. I link to his website because I find his ideas to be worth considering even if one ends up disagreeing. Now if you can't listen to someone you might think you disagree with, this kind of thing might not work for you. I think he and John Adams have some of the best working minds on the internet, and if the topic of social engineering interest you, Hoax Busters Call is the place to go. They are not alone of course and you can go to the recommended website links for more. This is not about who I agree with or not and it has everything to do with ideas and thinking for yourself. It is about fertilizing the garden of your own mind if you wish to. This is a continuing process.
It has nothing to do with one's adult preferences, choices or behavior, which the media wants us all to self identify with; and everything to do with how we allow an inhuman legal and institutional system to continue to grow and how very little of it seems to truly care about the individual human life. There's a lot of noise and a lot of media babel, some contrived and some just natural, a lot of it seems to lead to more of the same kind of top down governance that does not seem to work for us individual human beings at the bottom of the great pyramid scheme we all call home.
The Natural world is real and it is important not to lose sight of that, especially with there being so many colorful and distracting screens around.
Some people might never get along and some might always disagree. Does any of it matter in the end? What's important to you? Your home, family and friends or the online community you believe you belong to? We don't all need to agree on every thing and we probably never will, there's little reason to get paranoid and to point fingers, and further divide and conquer into smaller teams. Why bother? What someone believes is really their business and not yours. The words they choose to use to express themselves and everything else they choose to do is their choice not yours. I have no right to tell you what to do as long as you are not trying to try to force your will onto me. The Golden Rule is logically and naturally sound.
Do not tell me what to think, say or act, I would not do that to you, I don't think you'd like what I'd make you do.
I've also come around to entertaining the idea that there is no great awakening. I don't think everyone online is a shill or secret agent spy. I do think we all act very unwisely at times. We are just human and we make mistakes. We let our beliefs get the better of us, and I think we really do mean to do good most of the time. The road to hell looks like it really is paved as "they say". Best intentions make for great laws and fees, fines, taxes and prison time. Best intention leads to needless carbon tax and endless wars and even more international taxes to pay for it all. I do think it wise to be suspicious of the YouTube community building effort. Any great awakening has to be you waking up you.
Language is always reimagined and ideas rebranded. The history of language demonstrates this historical fact.
Was George Carlin on "Your Side" of the Conquered Social Divide?
By the way I bet nobody really ever wanted to listen to George Carlin tell them the complete truth, they would not have believed him and his career would have been over. This of course assumes such celebrity know much at all. All they would know is what they needed to and what they figured out on their own.
Language as the medium for thought control.
We do it to ourselves. There is no conspiracy, it is human nature. It only takes a couple of manipulative minds to get the ball rolling.

Picking The Low Hanging Fruits Might Make You Bananas!
"During the first 15 years of the new millennium, the phrase became much more popular than similar phrases such as "easy pickings," "easy as pie" and "shooting fish in a barrel," and by 2015, "low-hanging fruit" was nine to 10 times more likely to appear in New York Times articles than similar phrases. This upward trend also presumably mirrors the phrase's rise in business culture."

Ready, Set...Get Triggered!
Mass Hypnosis and Trigger Words source: Truthstream Media
My Video Commentary:
Seems to me Al Roker is just mugging for the camera, he is not hypnotized he is responding to her comment with simple body language. He is a TV persona. The woman said something about Catholic school and the Holy Ghost. I do otherwise think Truthstream Media right about the overuse of "trigger" words. The reality is sloganeering takes time and repetition. Just consider what you think of when you see these media triggers: "9/11" "White Supremacist" "Jew" "Sandy Hook" "Transgender" "NAZI" "Holocaust" "DAVID DUKE" "COKE" "Atom Bomb" "KKK". Any curse word. The "N" word. LGBTV, etc. Digital signal does not work like Truthstream Media seems to think. Basic advertising techniques are not so occulted or involved. Human beings are easy to "program" and nobody needs any special technology to make use of the very basic social herd mentality of all humanity. Simple marketing and human see human do social leaders are all you need. It's an old trick.
A low hanging fruit.
Cliches and expressions are not trigger words. Do you think up down? Can you read between the lines? Or is your head in the clouds?
